Help Parents Use Social Media to Stay Connected to the Classroom | Edutopia.

Came across this interesting blog post on the fabulous Edutopia site.  If you have not yet had the chance to explore the wealth of information and resources available on this site, I strongly recommend you take the time to do so.

Getting parents more involved by familiarizing them with some of the social networking tools available, is a terrific idea.

If you have any experience in this area, I am very interested to hear about it.

This resources found at this site are always plentiful, and often thought provoking.  Mr. Ian Jukes and his colleagues never fail to produce.  If you ever get the opportunity to see Ian in action, do not miss out.

If you are curious about the interesting name for the site you can find out all about it by reading why we’re called committed sardines.
